TV standby, only the red lights
Check the 5V voltage to the MCU. Check R3509 and D6501.
Replace R3509 by 47k. D6501 is type BZX79B5V6.
Check voltage of 150 volts, if the 145V voltage too too low.

the keys are locked in open and unbiased childlock
To activate, press menu, select feature and press enter, select the child lock and press enter, then enter the code 0, 7, 1, 1 two times, the key now open.

7310 Chopper SMPS IC (MC44608 P75). Check the output from start-up pin 5 with pin 8. voltage OK at 290V. If missing check start up resistor 3335 (1K). Check IC 7310.
